Choosing between The Daily, The Endurance and The Polar usually takes one exchange: where it will live and how much space you have. The Ascent, The Apex and The Obsidian are finished units with the chiller built inside the shell, and they are ordered by enquiry rather than added to the basket. Tell us which one you are looking at and where it will go, and we will confirm the price, the current lead time and what the delivery and setup need at your address.

Checkout runs on Shopify. We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout, and full payment is taken at the time of order. If you would rather order over WhatsApp, send us your basket and we will take it from there.
Standard delivery does not include on-site setup. Professional installation is a separate add-on at AED 500, UAE-wide: we position, fill, configure the chiller and app, and walk you through your first plunge. The all-in-one systems are delivered and set up by the Forge team, so the add-on does not apply to them.
Free delivery anywhere in the UAE via Aramex, usually within 10 working days. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and transit takes up to 8 business days depending on your location. We send Aramex tracking once your order ships. We do not ship outside the UAE.
