A note from the founder
I'm an athlete. I wanted a cold plunge for years, but everything on the market was either wrong for UAE heat, far too expensive, or fell apart in months. Then I injured my MCL, and cold plunging was the first thing that gave me real relief.
So I set one non-negotiable before sourcing anything: it had to hold cold in a real Gulf summer, not just on a spec sheet. Most manufacturers didn't come close. I chose the one that did, then cut everything that wasn't hardware: the showroom, the endorsements, the markup.
I didn't invent a better plunge. I found the one that survives a Gulf summer, and we sell it direct, so the money goes into the hardware instead of a showroom.
If the price makes you sceptical, that's fair. That's why every system comes with a full year of cover. If something breaks on our end, we replace it, and you don't pay for anything.

Holding cold in a showroom is easy. Holding it on an open terrace at the height of summer is the test we set, and it ruled out most of what we looked at.
The chiller that passed is the Polar Elite. Rated for direct UAE summer heat, it holds 3°C outdoors in peak summer, where our indoor chillers would not reach the lower temperatures, and it heats to 42°C for warm recovery. The Daily and The Endurance do the same job indoors, and every system carries the same one year cover.
