If you are starting out, set the water to around 10 to 15°C and plunge for 1 to 2 minutes. As your tolerance builds, gradually lower the temperature and extend your sessions if you want to. Every system reaches 3°C, so the floor is there when you are ready for it.

Studies show cold water immersion can support recovery. The information on this site is general in nature and is not medical advice. Speak to a doctor before starting if you have a health condition.
