Running cost. Chillers run for under AED 1 a day for most users, based on 8 hours running a day at typical UAE residential tariffs. Your bill depends on your tariff, ambient temperature and set point.
Delivery. Free delivery anywhere in the UAE via Aramex, usually within 10 working days. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and transit takes up to 8 business days. Standard delivery does not include on-site setup. We do not ship outside the UAE.
Returns and warranty. 7 days after delivery to request a return, unused and in original sealed packaging; inflatable products cannot be returned once opened. Every system carries one year, parts and labour, replaced free.
All-in-one pricing. The Ascent, The Apex and The Obsidian are configured to your space and priced from the figure shown. They are ordered by enquiry rather than added to the basket: message us and we confirm the price, the current lead time and what the delivery and setup need at your address, before anything is ordered.

Every ready-to-run price on this page is the price you pay, delivered. The all-in-one systems start from the figure shown and we confirm the number before anything is ordered. We sell direct, so the money goes into the hardware.
- Free delivery anywhere in the UAE via Aramex, usually within 10 working days.
- One year, parts and labour, replaced free. Support is local, with technicians in the UAE if a visit is needed.
- 7 day returns. Unused, in original sealed packaging. Inflatables cannot be returned once opened.
- Professional installation, AED 500. Optional on the ready-to-run systems. The all-in-one systems are delivered and set up by our team.
