No. The systems set up in 5 to 10 minutes with the included pump and manual, and no plumbing is involved. Installation is for people who would rather it was done for them.
Anywhere in the UAE. The all-in-one systems (The Ascent, The Apex, The Obsidian) are delivered and set up by the Forge team when you order one, so this add-on does not apply to them.
