Buying
Paying, the all-in-one systems, pre-orders and installation.
Checkout runs on Shopify. We accept credit and debit cards, processed securely at checkout, and full payment is taken at the time of order. If you would rather order over WhatsApp, send us your basket and we will take it from there.
The Ascent, The Apex and The Obsidian are finished units with the chiller, the filtration and the ozone built inside the shell. Nothing stands beside the tub and there is nothing to assemble. They are enquire-to-order rather than add-to-basket because of the price, the delivery and the setup: message us and we confirm the price, the current lead time and what delivery needs at your address.
Some products are sold on a pre-order basis ahead of stock arriving in the UAE. Where that applies, the product page states a specific delivery date, payment is taken in full at checkout, and we are committed to delivering the exact product described by that date.
Standard delivery does not include on-site setup. Professional installation is a separate add-on at AED 500, UAE-wide: we position, fill, configure the chiller and app, and walk you through your first plunge. The all-in-one systems are delivered and set up by the Forge team, so the add-on does not apply to them.
Setup and space
Indoors or out, footprint, and the 5 to 10 minute setup.
The ready-to-run systems can run indoors or outdoors, but only The Polar holds 3°C outdoors in summer; The Daily and The Endurance will not reach the lower water temperatures in the heat. Among the all-in-one systems, The Apex is indoor only, and The Ascent and The Obsidian are specified for indoors or out.
The full-size systems need roughly 1.5 m by 1 m including the chiller, and the compact system fits in under a square metre. The chiller sits alongside the tub and needs a little clearance for airflow and an electrical socket nearby. No plumbing is needed, so it can go wherever those two things work.
Setup takes 5 to 10 minutes. Inflate the tub with the included pump, connect the two hoses to the chiller, fill it, and plug it in. No tools or plumbing required. We also offer professional installation if you would rather not do it yourself.
Neither. The systems fill from a hose or bucket and plug into a standard socket. Filtration runs inside the chiller, with ozone on the triple-filtration systems, so the water stays clear without chemicals.
Running and care
Cooling times, water changes, set points and running cost.
It depends on the starting water temperature and your target. Most owners leave the chiller running overnight and it is ready by morning. You can also set schedules from the app, so it is cold exactly when you want to plunge.
Filtration runs whenever the chiller is on and keeps the water clear for up to two months, one month on The Daily. A fresh filter cartridge every 4 to 6 weeks keeps it that way; drain and refill when you change the water.
If you are starting out, set the water to around 10 to 15°C and plunge for 1 to 2 minutes. As your tolerance builds, gradually lower the temperature and extend your sessions if you want to.
Our chillers run for less than AED 1 a day for most users. They cycle on and off automatically to hold temperature with minimal power draw. That figure is based on 8 hours of running a day and depends on your electricity tariff.
Delivery and warranty
Aramex, 10 working days, one year cover, 7 day returns.
Free delivery anywhere in the UAE via Aramex, usually within 10 working days. Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and transit takes up to 8 business days depending on your location. We send Aramex tracking once your order ships. We do not ship outside the UAE.
Every system comes with a full year of cover: one year, parts and labour, replaced free. If something stops working or arrives damaged, we replace it, and you do not pay for parts or shipping. There is no lengthy proof-of-fault process. Support is local, with technicians in the UAE if a visit is needed.
Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@forgerecovery.ae with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We arrange the replacement or a technician visit from there.
You have 7 days after delivery to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original sealed packaging, and not installed or connected to water or power. Inflatable products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Contact hello@forgerecovery.ae to start a return.
