Three stages of filtration work whenever the chiller is on: a mesh filter catches hair, leaves and grit, a 20 micron cartridge traps fine particles, and ozone deals with bacteria without chemicals. The water stays clear for up to two months.

Getting into 3°C water on purpose is a small hard thing done daily. Studies show regular cold exposure can build tolerance to stress, and the habit tends to carry into the rest of the day.
Start at 10 to 15°C
Roughly 1.5 m by 1 m including the chiller. The Basin Tub is 150 × 80 × 65 cm and the Arctic Pro sits alongside it with a little clearance for airflow. It needs an electrical socket and nothing else, no plumbing.

The two share the same Basin Tub and the same triple filtration. The difference is the chiller. The Arctic Pro is our full-size indoor chiller. The Polar Elite is rated for direct UAE summer heat and also heats to 42°C. Indoors, choose The Endurance. On a terrace or by a pool, choose The Polar.
It depends on the starting water temperature and the target. Most owners leave the chiller running overnight and it is ready by morning. Schedules can be set from the app so the water is cold exactly when you want it.
